The Benefits of Pilates include reducing chronic pain and stress, central core strength, improved posture, durability and improved circulation. In fact this exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates in the 1920’s has recently received more and more attention from doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors and orthopedics. It doesn’t matter about your age, gender or the shape you are in, Pilates can be of great benefit. Joseph Pilates said:
